Our yorkie (Chloe) has been a patient of Gateway Pet Hospital for almost 15 years. The Veterinarians, Technicians and Receptionists are truly amazing and very compassionate. I trust their judgement and have always felt at ease leaving my dog in their care. Shout out to Dr Stephanie who has been so wonderful through the many visits bringing our yorkie into the clinic. We’ve been taking our dogs and cats here for years. Dr. Katherine is great, our pets love Ella, and I find their admin support exceptional. Averie, Sasha, Mireya and Alicia are always lovely and respond in a very timely, friendly and comprehensive manner. Excellent customer service and very caring staff. Thank you Gateway team!
I was very happy with the services and all the staff untell yesterday when I called to order another fle and tic pill and was told because my dog was in need of her annual shots that they wouldnt provide it unless I brought my pup in for appointment. My work schedule is very busy though the summer months so it can be hard at times to get her in for appointments though the week. We recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Caroline von Waldburg at Gateway Pet Hospital, and the experience was outstanding. Dr. von Waldburg was professional, compassionate, and realistic in her approach. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, handled our dog with exceptional care and gentleness, and never made to feel rushed.
