Dr.is good but plan on packing a lunch you have to wait for a long time. I seen Dr Apely I didn't like her at all. I seen Kristen she is very good with the kids. I will never go to this group again. Just calling to try to make an appt or talk to a nurse plan on being on the phone for 20mins or more. And if you finally get through and want to talk to a nurse plan on waiting 1-2hrs. It is a joke. I am changing to Cactus Peds.

A "Must See" Pediatric Eye Specialist Dr. James Plotnik is a true professional when it comes to children's eyes. He is in his element with taking care of children's eye concerns. He and his staff are friendly, efficient, and he gives a much more thorough exam than other pediatric eye specialists my kids have seen. If you're in need of a pediatric eye specialist for your kids, I believe you'll be pleased with your visit with Dr. Plotnik.
Dr. Kaus is a wonderful pediatrician! My daughter has seen Dr. Kaus since birth (she's 2) and we are now taking our newborn twins to her. She is wonderful, kind, patient and understanding. We've also seen several other doctors within the same practice when Dr. Kaus was not available - all the doctors and nurse practitioners at NWCC have been fabulous. I would recommend Dr. Kaus and Northwest Clinic for Children to all parents!
Worldclass Doctor First visit is free. This is called a meet he doctor visit. The doctor and staff there are very caring and genuine. They specialize in behavorial issues. The doctor and nurses listen to all of your concerns and do not pass judgement. All around A+
Ok could find better ones Ok clinic if your kid is healthy (>2yrs) needs little attention. Poor support system. Bad associated Chandler regional has no PICU or emergency pediatrics care. Its plight of parents when you are in emergencies..
Great doctors, terrible staff. I took my son for 2 years to this office and absolutely loved the care from the doctors and nurses. It wasn't till the last 8 months or so that reguardless of what time of the day it was or who I was taking was constantly getting a very negative attitude from the staff and being treated like just another number. I can't take that kind of enviroment whrn my son is sick or has an injury that needs to be handled, so I switched my son to my physician where we are treated like humans and not a heard... read more
