I just moved in a couple of week's ago. Tracy the complex manager has been super helpful and easy to contact. She has made the transition to Gateway Park almost seamless. Maintenance requests have received prompt attention. The common hallway could use a bit more attention but I'm sure that's difficult to keep up with. The location here is near anything one would want or need.
Lived here for 5 years and any issues Tracy was very helpful and quick to get maintenance to fix any problem that arose with my unit. For the size of the unit it was a excellent price and the property manager was very respectful and kind throughout my stay.
I am very new to apartment living. I previously had to sell my home due to the death of my brother. I wasn't sure where I was going to end up living. I am so happy that I secured a beautiful two bedroom apartment at Gateway Park Apartments. The management Tracy Cronkite has been so kind, courteous, helpful and professional everytime I have needed anything. She has made my transition to apartment living very easy. Lived here for a year now. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Common rules are enforced well, and I haven't felt the need to write or call about other tenants or a lack of common maintenance. Tracy, the office manager, is kind and responsive to questions. While common area cleaning could be a little more regular, it can be hard to keep up with given the location.
