Lived here for 5 years and any issues Tracy was very helpful and quick to get maintenance to fix any problem that arose with my unit. For the size of the unit it was a excellent price and the property manager was very respectful and kind throughout my stay.
I am very new to apartment living. I previously had to sell my home due to the death of my brother. I wasn't sure where I was going to end up living. I am so happy that I secured a beautiful two bedroom apartment at Gateway Park Apartments. Lived here for a year now. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Common rules are enforced well, and I haven't felt the need to write or call about other tenants or a lack of common maintenance. Tracy, the office manager, is kind and responsive to questions. While common area cleaning could be a little more regular, it can be hard to keep up with given the location. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL GET HARASSED FOR EVERY LITTLE THING THEY CAN HARRASS YOU ABOUT! WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 6/7 YEARS AND EVER SINCE CENTURY TOOK OVER THIS PLACE HAS SUCKED. NEIGHBORS WILL WATCH YOUR EVERY MOVE AND THEN SNITCH ON YOU OVER PETTY SHIT TO THE MANAGER. We lived there for 6 years. We enjoyed the good location. A quiet neighborhood. We especially want to mention that Tracy the manager was great, was always professional, kind, and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. It made a big difference having someone so reliable in charge. We’re thankful for our time there and would recommend it to others looking for a well-managed place to live.
