We lived there for 6 years. We enjoyed the good location. A quiet neighborhood. We especially want to mention that Tracy the manager was great, was always professional, kind, and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. It made a big difference having someone so reliable in charge. We’re thankful for our time there and would recommend it to others looking for a well-managed place to live.
If you have children, don't come here. The neighbors are bothered by the children walking around the apartment and going up and down the stairs talking, and not to mention that the manager is a racist and rude to Hispanics
People keep moving out left and right claiming that the rent keeps getting raised to over $1200 for a one bedroom. The "amenities" include a swimming pool. Don't expect to actually be able use it, It's always locked and/or under maintenance. The dumpsters are consistently overflowing. And you'll have to pay a fee for trash removal but don't expect them to let you know until you're about halfway through your lease.
Tracy is very helpful and quick to respond. I’ve lived here going through on 3 years. I wish Pat never left he was a really good maintenance man.
