MY BROTHER AND I WERE PATIENTS FOR DR DORSEY WHEN HE WAS LOCATED ON LUCAS AND HUNT AND NATURAL BRIDGE RD. I DECIDED TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE MY SMILE IS EXCELLENT. I CALLED TO GET MY DAUGHTER AN APPOINTMENT AND THE LADY ANSWERED SOUNDED SAD AND UNHAPPY TO HAVE HER JOB. I WAS EXPLAINING WHAT DR REFERRED US AND SHE WAS CARELESS. The most unprofessional orthodontist in the world! Very rude and I believe that he has a touch of dimentia. He talked about my daughter and made her feel so bad about the dental work she has to get. He really should consider retiring before someone reports him.
someone who works there must have created the previous post. This is the most unprofessional doctor s office I have ever encountered. they are unorganized and fail to follow through with important documents numerous times. the only reason I came to the office is because they are convenient but because of my first two encounters with the reception is and the doctor I would rather travel 30 miles out of my way. I wouldn t bring my dog to this office for braces. Don t believe me just walk in the office and you ll see!
The front desk is all out of order and very rude she needs to go I know he knows how she is I hate to go in there but its close to my house and saves me gas . I wish his office was more organized and takes her so long to answer the phone and when she does she is rude and nasty It took me about a month to reschedule an appt because nobody answered the phone
If you need braces, it can be quite a task to find a good orthodontist who is both knowledgeable and a pleasure to go to. Such is the case at Gateway Orthodontics in Grandview Plaza. The staff and caring and considerate. The facilities are clean, current, and they provide great service for both children and adult orthodontic care.
I love my orthodontics. I started as a senior in high school and is now up coming my junior year in college. they work with me in my app. by me being an out of town student. The staff is great. I feel we picked a great place, my teeth is great and its been a long time coming.
I have to agree, they women at the front desk are very unprofessional. They were slamming doors and rolling eyes at each other because a co-worker failed to take a lunch order. The receptionist was very rude as well. Dr. Dorsey is a very nice and compassionate guy, but he needs to get his office in order.

this the worst place i ever went to the front desk worker dont no how to treat you and am a paying customer not medicad which i dont have anything aganist it but this place is a mess and they need to start by gettig them women from the front desk. and the worker in the back know more than dr dorey
