RecommendedGateway Oaks is the cleanest apartment complex hands down! The staff is super friendly and very attentive! They bend over backward to help their residents! I don’t think I’ve had a single issue at all, and if I did, it was taken care of immediately! Amanda gets business handled and knows her stuff!! I would definitely recommend this property to anybody!!!
First apartment experience EVER. Clean facilities. Extremely nice staff. They go out of their way to make you feel like family. My boys and I are here temporarily while downsizing houses but definitely have had a wonderful experience. Amanda in the office knows her stuff! She is very professional and a great asset for the company!
Not happy with the establishment since management has changed. The property isn’t maintained the way it once was, the facilities aren’t kept up with properly, routine maintenance on areas of the complex are neglected. The place I thought might me a forever home for long time, is not the same. I’ve lived her close to two years and sadly not sure if I will resign. I feel like I'm living in a dream. Apartment is a bit small since I moved from 800 sq ft to 570 sq ft and a bit pricy but VERY MUCH worth it. If I had one complaint other than that it seems to me that they are having a lot of trouble getting the keypad to work right on the door. It isn't connecting correctly to my phone no matter what they try. I don't think it is their fault though and hopefully it will be taken care of soon. My husband and I recently moved into gateway oaks and I must say I'm very impressed. The apartments are very beautiful, and staff are extremely helpful. They will make you feel right at home and that they actually care about their residents needs and wants. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment home!
