Recommendedbeautiful apartments 😍 ❤ I have never lived in an apartment. and beer thought I would like to. the staff are so kind and helpful. all of the tenants are pleasant and it truly is a tight knit community. everybody is always willing to lend a hand. i lived in small Paris Tx 50 years. I was ready to venture out. I am so glad that I found Gateway Oaks Apartments! they have surpassed my expectations! give Karla a call and come be my neighbor!

Horrible place to live. Very dirty unmanaged and not worth what you pay. Paint spots where they started to retouch has been unfinished for over 3 months now. Furniture left in the hallway for over a week from tenants either moving in or out. Which is a complete hazard coming from 2nd floor to first floor in bldg 3. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not let the landscaping fool you. This property has gone to the slums and not worth the rent you pay. I highly recommend that you consider else where. Parking is horrible, ... read more

The couch has been removed from building three as we were giving new residents time to move it up the stairs but after 72 hours it has been removed. We are in the process of covering all scuff marks and holes in the breezeways which is why the paint is a different color. Once the repairs have been completed, a new coat of paint will be applied to give all of the buildings a new/cleaner look. We was excited and to move here and end up being Horrible Place to live, we paid our rent 99% of the time early and may have only paid on the 1st once or twice during the year and one half stay. When addressing issues Management is Extremely bad in customer service and communication. Insects all over the place. Had to move because they wouldn't assist in pest control...Crockett's everywhere. When we moved got billed for pet stains in which we "NEVER NEVER EVER HAD ANY PETS" period. Manager argued with us that we had pets...b... read more
This is a great place to call home! The property is well kept and exceeds your expectations of what a apartment complex should be. The ladies in the office are always attentive and willing to help out with whatever you need, which makes living here that much better!

These apartments are the best I have ever lived in super clean and up to date! If something goes wrong the office staff are very on top of it and make sure things get fixed ASAP! Everyone I come in contact with us super friendly awesome community for me and my family to live in!
Do not move here unless you want to get your car towed!! I’ve only been here two weeks and I’ve already been towed because I have a new car with temporary plates and they would not give me a sticker. I paid a lot to move here to be close to family in Forney but I’m very disappointed and unhappy with my choice! Move to Gateway Pines if you are going to move to an apartment here! They do not tow! After I was towed they suddenly came up with a sticker for my car. Neighbors tell me the towing company guy lives here and sits outs... read more
