I just find it odd that they will not take your debit card, or credit card. They make you go over to a machine and take money out of it that cost a fee for $1.25. Just cash only 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Sooooo irritated! I will NEVER go back here again! I had a corner of my nail break off, so I went in and asked to get it fixed and to have a polish change. Mind you, I had just had them done last Sunday. They wanted to charge me $30! I told them that it’s cheaper to get them filled, and I didn’t need that. I told them that I give them my business all of the time, they wouldn’t compromise! So I let them know that I would be going somewhere else from now on. I know that they don’t care!!! But I do!!
I had my nails done 4/1 and the next day a nail broke. I went to have it repaired and the owner insisted that it would be $5. The following day after the repair another nail broke and at this point it has been one week since my last repair and I have over 5 nails that have broken. I come regularly and I pay in excess of $110 each time for my nails and pedicure. Their lack of customer service, consistency and their willingness to rectify the situation to keep a regular customer satisfied is unacceptable to me. I will never pa... read more
Heidi did a fantastic job on my nails!
I got a shellac manicure yesterday at 4 PM. The glitter on my nails has turned from red to gray in less than 24 hours- I went in to get it fixed and the manager REFUSED to make it right. I have been coming here every 2 weeks for the last 4 years this is rediculus and I will not be coming back if they have that little customer service. Wanted me to pay 15 to have it fixed and done the right way. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. She said she has no gaurentee the color will last.
