For quite a few months now we have paid our monthly mortgage payment in partial payments. Per conversation with Gateway Mortgage, LLC. we were told that these payments would be put into the escrow account until a full payment could be paid from it. They decided to hold the monies instead of putting it toward the mortgage payment for several months, and now we are being threatened with foreclosure due to the late charges, and home inspection charges???
