These people totally wrecked a perfectly functional payment platform. Now, it is impossible to access online payments without the excruciating hassle of calling and sitting on hold. So mismanaged!
Do not purchase a home through this company. Below is my story. This company is an absolute nightmare and has no business being in business. Chris Padley and his team at Gateway made home ownership a reality for my family, something that I never thought I would be able to achieve. The folks here kept me in the loop and updated through the entire process.
Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They make making a payment impossible unless you wanna pay several different fees. They're online system is not only outdated, but a total joke. They're personnel is hapless and very rarely have the ability to solve any problems. My mortgage was sold to them by a previous company and it's been straight to hell since then.
Great experience with Katy Smola. and Mark Revard. They worked with the Cherokee tribe to save me about $200 a month in Mortgage Insurance.
