I’ve been with this office for almost 15 years and since Kelly Murray has left the front desk girls have continued to get worse and worse. They make it very hard to get an appointment with your provider, they give unnecessary attitude and make you feel like you’re not worth their time. If you value respect this is definitely not the office for you. I’ve been dealing with very serious health issues and they keep telling me that I just need to contact someone else. I have been coming here for two years and I have always felt respected and taken care of. Today, I called to see if I could make an appointment because of some unusual heavy bleeding and this very rude and unprofessional receptionist, Kristen, answered the phone. I told her I was very worried and hoping to get in to see someone today and she then told me to "go to the ER because we don't have anything for you today". I was very impressed by the professionalism and the quick service of all the staff. They were really on top of it. The place was clean and comfortable. I will defiantly recommend to friends and family.
