Dr. Wood is fabulous! She listens to her patients and explains everything. I am so sad she is leaving.
I absolutely love Dr. Wood!!! She is so very thorough and you can tell she genuinely cares. I've been to others and never felt this kind of care and concern.
I loved Dr. Wood when I first went a year ago, but now it is almost impossible to reach anyone. It took over three weeks for someone to call with test results and now I cannot reach anyone about a prescription.
Staff is very rude dr woods is incompetent and does not care about her patients Shame on her
Dr. wood is absolutely wonderful. It’s sad that her office operates in such a horrible manner. They do not ever answer the phones, all of the lines that you can leave a voicemail on state that they will return your call after 24-48 hours, which they never do. If your prescription runs out and you need to request a refill, they will let you run out and not return your calls. Going on day 7 of no medication. So unacceptable.
