I called on Monday around 1pm to schedule an appointment., but there was no answer. After a few tries, they finally picked up with an attitude, only to tell me they were closed and wouldn’t open until 1:30. After calling back at 1:35 pm, 10 more times, no one answered. At one point, they got tired of the phone ringing and picked it up just to hang up. It shouldn’t be this difficult to schedule an appointment or for someone to simply do their job.
I find the service person when you come to always be pleasant and welcoming---a Joy to see her each time. The rest of the staff that works with Dr. Dei and radiology are just as pleasant. Thank You for the work you do and how much you care!!!!!
