I went with my kid to visit the doctor this time, I was upset because of the way the doctor spoke to my other son last time he came with his mom, but he treated him with respect this time. I believe listening and providing good customer care and understanding patient's concerns should be a doctor priority, but I am glad that this time my other son was treated with more respect, other problem is that it's hard to schedule appointments.
If they’re going for the award for most incompetent doctors office in the entire world then they’re doing a great job.
