I don't know where to begin praising these people. Mike and Tony mostly. I have never had someone go to the extremes as Mike did. I had issues with my drivers license, Just moving here from CO. He went over and above to get me in a SUV. After test driving a couple cars, I had to wait to get my PA license switched over. The sale was good after they made their money from the sale they treat me like a special needs person, everyone passes the buck telling me to call someone else no one not even the gm can help me. All I want is a gap refund I got rid of the car. They act like no one ever traded a Kia after buying one. I bought 44 cars in my life everyone had gap insurance I have never seen such incompetence trying to get my gap back.
I was very happy with my experience on 3-19-21 at Gateway Kia on the purchase of my 2020 Kia Sportage. I walked in and right away I was served by Julian. He was a very helpful sales rep. And Mike in finances is great he got me approved at a great % rate in no time. I was in and out of buying experience really quick. So these guys are awesome and if you need a new or used car. I highly recommend Gateway Kia of Quakertiwn. Ask for Julian.
PLEASE READ THIS POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2019 KIA SPORTAGE had to bring back 1st week due to shake in steering wheel. Was told it was i was feeling the road. Had to bring car back several times still not fixed. All you are to this dealership is a person that purchased a car.
