I was very happy with my experience on 3-19-21 at Gateway Kia on the purchase of my 2020 Kia Sportage. I walked in and right away I was served by Julian. He was a very helpful sales rep. And Mike in finances is great he got me approved at a great % rate in no time. I was in and out of buying experience really quick. So these guys are awesome and if you need a new or used car. PLEASE READ THIS POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2019 KIA SPORTAGE had to bring back 1st week due to shake in steering wheel. Was told it was i was feeling the road. Had to bring car back several times still not fixed. All you are to this dealership is a person that purchased a car.
