I cannot stress strongly enough what a true pleasure it was dealing with Towne Kia! From the moment I first made contact, the internet department responded almost immediately and even called to give me some additional information on the vehicle I wanted. For anyone in the market for a new car, check out Towne Kia! Not only are the prices great, but you also get that great Kia warranty. Top it off with a great group of people at the dealership and all I can say is I am glad I made my purchase at Towne Kia.

A pleasant experience from beginning to end. My salesman greeted me immediately and went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for. He did a thorough job of explaining all the features of my new vehicle, and negotiating a price was never easier. I can certainly say without a doubt that when I am in the market again for a new car, I will go to Towne Kia.

We bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento, We were provided with the best deal Towne Kia. We went to 4 Kia dealers and ended up making our purchase at Towne Kia! They had excellent service from start to finish and their selection of vehicles was great! I bought a car from this dealer and will never go back. While the sales service was slow--the after purchase treatment was terible. Two weeks after having the car I had a service problem that the dealer said was not covered under the warrant. While I suspect the manger was technically correct---he was rude, argumentative and uncooperative. I've been buying cars fro a long time and I've never experienced such rude and uncooperative behavior within weeks after buying the car. I would avoid this dealership.

I had a great experience while buying my vehicle. We had no problem finding a car we liked. The service was great we had all of our questions answered promptly and accurately. We did not feel pressured into buying a car we didn't like. I would recommend my friends to visit Towne Kia.

We saw the Kia advertisement on TV and decided to go to Towne Kia to take a test drive. We had no idea that we would buy a new Sportage that day. We are so pleased with the vehicle and so very happy with our salesperson. I would definitely recommend Towne Kia to anyone interested in a new car!
