Great place, the staff really take the time with your loved ones.
We transitioned to Gateway 6 months ago. I can say this is the best direct care my son has ever received. Staff are kind and compassionate. My son has choices , is accessing community far more, and is safe. They are a small provider who can give more individualized care. I would definitely recommend.
The have no respect for their clients they are rude hateful they have been refusing meds for three days
