They apparently have a no backpack policy but they don't have any signs that are visible anywhere near the door. Went asked to put my backpack up front because of "prevention" I was a little shocked considering the fact I was holding an entire shelving unit that wouldn't even fit in a backpack -- I'm all for the no backpack thing but put a damn sign up that's visible
Always great service and friendly staff, if you can't find what you're looking for you are best to ask a staff member, they probably have it and they will find it. There's an old local saying "if Gateway Home Hardware doesn't have it, nobody else in North Bay will" just a word of advice.

I was looking for plastic freezer containers showed the worker the Pic she found it right away was sweet lady helped me out and was great don't no her name should have got it she had long dark hair braided one each side in where the storage containers are for freezing food koodos to this store and thank you.
