Great on the front end of the sale; poor on the follow thru and installation. There were many install problems and corners cut. These could have been resolved quickly had there been some follow up afterwards. This was last summer. The final insult came in November, when I turned the thermostat to "heating" and got nothing but cold air. Yep. They hooked it up wrong and didn't test it. When it became clear that we needed a new AC unit about 5 years ago, Gateway installed a new American Standard unit as a good price. After 4 years, it developed a problem. I called Gateway and they recognized the symptoms as a factory defect and they came the next morning and replaced the defective part at no charge. They are now my company of choice for all AC work.

Gateway is a great company I have used them on several occasions and the always come through. They are honest, I can trust them to diagnose the problem and I can trust their assessment.
