This insurance is garbage they confuse you on the phone telling you and promising you that you got real good insurance and all this and that and no one takes his insurance anymore. I had to pay for my visit to the doctors. It couldn’t cover anything. They just tricked you and they lied to you to take your money Now I just got a piece of plastic with numbers on it in my name. I paid for garbage and I’m a damn slave.
Not a fan of high mark insurance definitely going to be going else where what a joke this company is definitely will not be recommending to family or friends
I need to get a 3 prescriptions so I can get my active tonsillitis under control and when it came to the pharmacy to run my insurance they are claiming that they are not my primary insurance when I only use them and even better they won’t pick up the damn phone
