Their vision benefits are absolutely horrendous plan on paying out-of-pocket if you need progressive and I’m not talking about a small amount you’re paying at least $200 out-of-pocket the majority your benefit goes for the frames not the lenses but it’s the lens that actually help you see not the frame. They force you to see an ophthalmologist That way overcharge.
I shopped with the benefits card and got my food, the next day the benefits card took back the money for the food. I already received causing the store that I shopped at to blocked me from shopping there. Highmark said they don’t know why they took back the money from the store but they would have to do an investigation which took two months that I could not shop at that store with that card. Horrible, the worst place I have ever dealt with. They flat out lied about my dental coverage twice. They literally told my doctor to change my prescription to some different one that has dangerous side effects. This company needs to be gutted by the FBI.
