Charged me a $53 fee when i accidentally exited 20 min late, originally paid $10 for the daily parking from 9 am - 7 pm. Denied my parking dispute with an automated message. Good luck trying to collect your money guys
This is the WORST parking garage ever. If there were an option to give 0 star, I would do that. There was gun shooting there before. This is an extremely unsafe parking garage. Now they are launching this AI plate scanning system, they don’t have ticket machine any more. For people who have been parking there for several years and have been paying parking, they don’t offer much courtesy as to a one time non-payment as sometimes it’s very easy to forget to pay. Place is an absolute price gauge. If you happen to forget to pay via the QR code one time or attempt to and the payment doesn’t process, they send you a $90 violation for “illegal” parking. I take accountability but if you’re able to send me a ridiculous violation like that, why can’t you just send me my bill for the parking? Other garages (Assembly) and toll booths (EZ Pass) operate this way so it seems like a choice in the interest of a money grab. Be better.
