Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
