Super impressed with Gateway Door. I was a Durbin Garage Door customer before they merged to form Gateway. I needed door openers and services on my existing (2) single doors. I called the office and got a price. I was happy with the quote and they were able to fit me in the next day. I got a text that my tech, Joe would be on his way. Good technician. Great work!
Had a broken spring on one of our garage doors. If Gateway did not install a safety line a couple of years ago the broken spring could have damaged the car below.
The service tech Joe explained what he had to do and offered a couple different warranty options. Could not have been happier with the repair.
The guys were professional and very polite. They solved my problems! The office people were wonderful to work with as well. Thank you again .
