My attendant very friendly and informative.Very courteous. Would have anytime
Prompt, courteous, professional
We had a spring break over the weekend and were able to have someone out to diagnose the problem and fix it within a matter of days. I’d recommend Gateway Door and Contracting to anyone needing maintenance or repair work to their garage door.
Dalton provided great troubleshooting and solution service. He was friendly and fast and I was very satisfied with his service. So 5 stars for that. I was surprised though by the cost of the service and weatherstrip replacement though which exceeded my highest guess for both materials and labor, but not dinging a star for that since the rating is about the actual service which was excellent.
Great job.
