My husband has been going to Dr. Sevidy for years. We have been pleased with his work. He is friendly, through, and always sends post cards to remind us of our teeth cleaning schedule. Highly recommend!
The worst dentist I ever had the misfortune to be treated by. Does not care about his patients. Botched an extraction and never checked back to see how I was doing. Instead he was off on vacation and his voicemail referred me to an emergency clinic that had dozens of one-star reviews here. Over the course of a year, I'd say about a third of my calls were met by "the doctor is on vacation" and a third by his wife who someone who barely speaks English. Horrible dentist.
Dr. Sedivy was very friendly and was a great dentist. I felt more comfortable there than most offices i have been to in the past. I was treated very unfairly by his front desk operator Kami though. I haven't had a problem before but she was extremely rude and seemed annoyed, She was constantly on her cell phone. I would recommend Dr. Sedivy to anyone, but maybe hire a more customer service oriented front desk person who doesn't seem burned out on her job!
