BE CAREFUL WHEN APPLYING TO A LOAN WHEN GIVEN AN ACTIVE TREATMENT PLAN. I went to Gateway Dental for a Consultation on 8/20/25. I was very happy with Dr. Steven Perrotti. I was given an Active Treatment Plan and offered at the same time a breakdown with a Payment Plan choice. Unfortunately to me, I thought I had taken the right decision to apply for a 12 month Loan with Cherry Technologies with a Monthly Payment Plan of $89.23. AVOID LIKR THE PLAGUE. I wish I could give zero stars. Scheduled an appointment thinking I would have exam + cleaning. They refused to do both in one appt. Had exam and scheduled cleaning for my first available slot 6 weeks later as I travel a lot for work. I get confirmation texts about my appt and am now sitting outside an empty locked office at the carefully scheduled and confirmed date and time. Rearranged my work schedule to be here. Nobody answers the phone at any location.
I would like to once again recommend Gateway dental as a fantastic place to care for your oral health. I have been a patient for about 20 years and have referred many others. They are absolutely meticulous in their care, have an amazing culture and have more than once talked me out of dental treatments they said I absolutely did not need. Unless you want to be treated like a walking price tag, don't go in. Every single time. I'm done. Thank you for your service, but I'll rather go somewhere where they will treat patients with more genuine care.
