Don't be fooled - they only care about money!!! – They should be ashamed to call themselves dental professionals. They don't care at all about the patients. My son just went in to get his teeth cleaned & they refused - just like in all the other reviews. Told him he had periodontal disease (at 19) and needed root planing & they didn't have time to do it today and it would cost about $300.. Still Hasn't Changed – Wish I saw these reviews before I made an appointment. My insurance provider rated this dentist highly. My experience was the same as the previous poster. I moved here recently and was initially impressed by the new office, convenient location, and latest equipment - including the digital x-ray. However, I was disappointed when told that they wouldn't provide a regular cleaning, but that they'd polish only this time. DON'T GO HERE – This is a horrible place. This is not a dentist this is a used car salesman using your health to upsell you. The area is nice. technology is goos. But this man. Dtst Park, wants you to pay for it. He denied service because I only wanted a cleaning. Not a deep cleaning. They even have a good line that they use on clients...you can't wax a car that hasn't been cleaned. SCAM! Do not go here! Mr. Park is nothing short of patronizing and belittling. Are his credential even real? Do not go here!
STAY AWAY! WORST DENTIST OFFICE IN NORTH COUNTY! – I was very excited to find a brand new dentist office close to my work location. I was very impressed by the office when I went for my initial appointment. The office is very high tech - they have all the latest and greatest. I was slightly irritated to find out on my arrival that they wouldn't do a cleaning that day - just an exam with the dentist because they only have a hygenist that works 2 days a week!
