Everyone in the office was very friendly & helpful! They explained everything; insurance, filling out the health history, what xrays/procedures were being done/why, asking if I had questions/making sure I understood everything. I need a lot of expensive dental work, they broke down the cost, explained different payment options, they are willing to work with me to do one procrdure at a time. Don't book any appointments with this place till mid September. Very irresponsible people.
The staff at the Palmdale off is always personable and very helpful. They make you feel like family!!
