Great job
Very happy except the trash people drop and landscape isn’t kept up like it used to be. Maintenance and office staff are great and I love my neighbors. Very safe and quiet.
Leasing staff very responsive, helpful and kind. Had to tour virtually and video quality was not the best - the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating.
I strongly recommend thinking twice before renting at Gateway Crossing Apartments. I have experienced five separate water leaks in approximately 12 months, and the lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service from management has been unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was not given what I was led to believe I was getting when I leased my apartment.
