There's no doctor here. They are not professional and every person on staff does not do their job. I don't think they know how. I'm not being snarky, I believe they all lied on their resumes. They probably had no sau in letting the doctor go, but I don't understand how they just continued taking appts as if the nurse practitioner were as knowledgeable as the doctor. Maybe some of them are, but this one isn't.
I've been scheduled for appointments at this office. Twice I have yet to see a DR. I was given the EXCUSE " well your Dr. is in the field helping immigrants. So why schedule me? Then today I go up there ( for a scheduled appointment)and the office is CLOSED today 😡NO CALL! I literally live two blocks away. Couldn't get in contact with me, 35 cent send a letter in Da mail. Awful. Dr. Lewis will lie to your face while billing your insurance was told a complete lie about medications severely needed was called in by the doctor for 2 days straight from the doctor called again to just be told he has no more time for me because he has other patients to deal with needless to say he didn't call nothing or even much prescribed anything I needed..... not even for a skin rash I went to the office for in the first place. I went for my blood test results and was told that they lost the sample and I would have to do it again. They have no explanation as to how it happened and don't seemed very concerned about it. Highly problematic and concerning for a medical office to not have protocols in place to prevent this from happening. A lack of concern on their part!! Very unprofessional!!!
