Lived here for nearly a year and are still waiting for them to fix something that was broken when we moved in. When we were hit with a snow storm they didn't plow or shovel at all causing almost every resident that came home to get stuck and we were all outside trying to get people out or in to park all night. Some cars even hit other cars while trying to get unstuck in the alomst foot of snow that management should have been plowing all day when the snow was coming down. RIDICULOUS.
