this place a rip off. Don live there A/c don't work they over charge for everything . The place also isn't very safe My car was broken into the week I moved in. The maintenance people are RUDE and don't like dogs. My neighbor had to move out within a month of moving in due to low quality rentals. too many large dogs with bad owners. My advice move to yatch Club on the intercoastal or the Florida apt club by the turnpike and boynton beach
