Delicious lunch at the Bistro today. Caprese sandwich on a garlic roll. So fresh and tasty! Loved it.
It's not often that you can say this about a place on the 1st day. IMO this (the new Bistro to Go) is the best Cafe experience in Holyoke, that I have witnessed in 15 years of working here! Very reasonably priced, extremely tasty and quick! Once again Gateway City Arts comes through huge. Congrats to all involved.
Ok. I had the breakfast bowl and the egg was well done. Very disappointed. Have been here many times before, but they need to learn how to cook eggs. 💖

Went for the first time on Sunday, food was awesome, staff was great, & loved the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back again!
