We leased a property for a little over two years. It was a pleasant experience to have any issue handled quickly and professionally. If we didn’t leave CA we would definitely look to lease with this company again.
We had John N*** from Gateway Realty to provide us with leasing service. He is very responsible in taking care of the property on our behalf. We were always notified and kept updated in a timely manner when the leased property has an issue. And he will arrange for repair quickly and efficiently after receiving our approval. The property has received quality care with his management which I would highly recommend.
