This was my first time trying Gateway. Everything went smoothly from making an appointment to picking up the car. Service managers were friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were normal. No upselling or scare tactics. The car was finished when they said it would be done. All in all a pleasant experience.
I took my Chevy Traverse to Gateway Auto Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They got me in quickly and had the work done faster than I expected. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The pricing was fair ,no pressure or upselling.
I needed the splash guard replaced under my car as it was falling off. Doug was very nice and replaced it at Avery reasonable charge.
