Incredible service and honest people. My car broke down up in the mountains past Shaver Lake. I had to stay up with a group of scouts, so I needed to arrange to have it towed down the mountain and trust a mechanic I've never met. Doug offered to stay open late or meet the tow truck after hours. He understood the stress I was dealing with and worked quickly to keep me updated.
