DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! it's a shitty place to live. Corporate basically takes all of you money and your food stamps they pay way too much for the shitty ass service you get here and the people that "run" this place don't know what they are doing. The reviews that the residents put on here that are five stars and all goody good are lies. Corporate tried to bribe the residents by taking money off of their rent to put good reviews in
start living up to the promises that they give at their website,serve hot food in a timely manner,solve their bedbug problem,add competent staffing[cna's-dietary-etc.]and get management that cares more about the residents than the bottom lin-i.e. money
My brother lives here and it is great! Everyone has their own apartment, community dining room and great care!
I am really happy my sister is here. Was hard for her to accept change the first week. She is loving it and voice the care they give her and others. She keeps busy doing crafts, cooking, surviving classes etc...She use to call me everyday. She now calls me one day a week and talks about her week with excitement.. It is good to see her self confident blossom. Thanks to the wonderful staff. I am empress and speaks highly of Gate Way!
It's a good place , but I got let go for things I knew nothing about. When ask they didn't believe me. I told the truth I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THAT WAS GOING ON.
