Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease next semester, beginning January 1st. I live in a 4*4 at Gateway Denton. I have 3 female roommates and they are all very busy so the apartment is quiet. Rent is 550$ a month with a 25$ cap. The front office staff is flexible, understanding, ad very helpful.
