I love this place! The location is incredible! Tons of great restaurants are nearby. Car maintenance is in walking distance. I transfer all over the country with my job and I’ve got to say Pam and her team are easily the most professional group I’ve interacted with. The staff is courteous, the maintenance personnel are responsive and they go out of their way to have regular social events to bring residents together. I’ve lived here almost a year and I really enjoy it! I started out in a 1 bedroom then transferred into a 2 bedroom for more space. Management has been amazing to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it. Only issue I’ve had is parking, it can be tough to find a spot if you don’t pay for a garage or covered spot.

I would love to give an excellent review, as the amenities and upkeep is great, but as many other people have stated, parking is terrible. After 9:30, good luck finding a spot, even on the roads surrounding the complex. Obviously, there is not much they can do about volume. But the issue is that so many of the covered assigned parking spots that you can pay for remain empty. If I had to guess, 10% remain unused, with the entire apartment complex at maximum capacity. We have lived at Gateway for two years and just signed up for another year. The management is very professional and always care about our quality of life here. Great place to live.

Gateway is beautiful and the amenities make the expensive rent almost worth it. The grounds keeper is awesome but the rest of the staff is the reason why we will never rent there again. If you want a garage, expect not to get one no matter how long you’re on the list for. We waited for a year, yet we saw multiple new residents getting garage units before us.
