NOT SAFE FOR KIDS! Lots of aggressive dogs that owners aren't training, my 5 year old almost got mauled and management won't do anything! Otherwise it's an okay place to live, little expensive but at least they have washers and dryers in unit, unlike a few other places around here.
Extreamely thin walls... Units have shared bedroom walls so are you technically living alone? You can hear the person above you on the toilet and they can hear you. Wouldn't reccomend unless its free. If this wasn't the worst part they charge your soul for the rent when it has all these problems. (no garage) Interesting build maybe they were going 1984 style as you may be monitered.
