Excellent support! Even after working hours, the caretaker came and handled the problem quickly. Truly appreciate the effort.
Asked to fix my kitchen sink, the caretaker responded and fixed right away even after working hours.
We have been waiting for hot water since Dec.24,2025. Many excuses of waiting for boiler parts. Still no hot water. Tried e mailing again,won't go through. Been here for 4 years and went 2 winters with no heat until last year. Yes, supplied us with plug in heaters. This is not acceptable no hot water. NO MORE EXCUSES. Still no hot water Jan.31,2026. Current tenant for 3 years. Rent went up over 116$ last year. An now another 40$ over 150$ increase in 2 years, i will not be renewing my lease. I have found aparments for $1207 same as my rent will be going up to this September 1st. That have brand new appliances, in suite washer an dryer. There is not one single amenity here besides my old dishwasher. The cupboards are outdated as well and the lot never gets a full snow clean in the winter.
