Current tenant for 3 years. Rent went up over 116$ last year. An now another 40$ over 150$ increase in 2 years, i will not be renewing my lease. I have found aparments for $1207 same as my rent will be going up to this September 1st. That have brand new appliances, in suite washer an dryer. There is not one single amenity here besides my old dishwasher. The cupboards are outdated as well and the lot never gets a full snow clean in the winter. Worst apartments to live in…worst management…lived here for 2 years, no maintenance no renovations even washroom get moldy after sometime. When it rains water coming in even if windows closed. Whenver we need some assistance the managers are rude and never responded to the situation. The main reason for leaving this building are molds. Never recommending anyone

Very nice and spacious apartment. Neat and peaceful environment. The caretakers do a wonderful job at maintaining the environment. They also very responsive and willing to assist.
Manager don’t have manners to talk with tenants they are yelling on their tenants without any reason.
