I scheduled a time to view a property, 122 Vista Verdi Cir #112 in Lake Mary. After I arrived, the agent called to let me know he was running late and said he would text me the code to enter the property. He did not send the text, nor did he show up.

We have been renting from this management company for about two years. I must say, when it came time for our lease to be up this January, they really came through. They found a really nice place for us and really worked with us. Really appreciate the help Micheal gave us and all he did to make this place work for us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MR.MICHAEL CIOCHIR. He was very rude to me and could not even look me in the face as if I was non existent . He sits at the office and watches the phone ring . I called up to the office several times and no one answered and had to take a drive up there just for him to tell me that I need to speak to speak to my agent when the issue is not with my agent. I leased a townhome at FountainPark through Gates Realty. The Owner Mr. Michael Ciochir was extremely professional, respectful and made my move in process seamless. I am extremely grateful to Michael and thank him for his professionalism, personable and would highly recommend Gate Group to anyone that may need their service. Definetely a five star owner.
