I lived here for just over a year and absolutely loved it! Maintenance requests were responded to quickly, everyone was friendly, and the community is quiet. Aaron and Eli are fantastic landlords. But for getting married, I would still be there. I couldn’t recommend it more!
I reached out to them via their website and haven’t received any response months later
We are happy to renew our lease here at the Gates for a second year! We have been very satisfied as tenants and appreciate everything the landlord and his family have done to make this a safe and beautiful place to live. We’ll be sure to do our part to contribute to that. Absolutely love the cleanliness and the lawn is always so green. Neighbors are the nicest. Thanks again for having us!
