Horrible business. I can’t believe my HOA is run by such an inept office. Krishna, the portfolio manager, sends out violations without any prior email or notice. Then, only a week before the violation escalates to a board hearing, I get an official letter in the mail. This is a serious lapse in communication that no responsible management company should allow.
