Horrible business. I can’t believe my HOA is run by such an inept office. Krishna, the portfolio manager, sends out violations without any prior email or notice. Then, only a week before the violation escalates to a board hearing, I get an official letter in the mail. This is a serious lapse in communication that no responsible management company should allow. Poor Service , no one answer the phone , no one return Email , or voice mail , very incompetent.
It is impossible to get in touch with them.
Worst office ever! Debbie is unprofessional and has zero customer service experience! Called in regarding my parking passes issues and when she ran out of excuses she hung up the phone! Called back again but there was no response, this should be reported to her manager. So unprofessional and disrespectful.
