What a total waste of time Talking about a dealership without honor or integrity . I say this because I've bought too many cars and dealt with too many dealers and it's hard to surprise me. I've been a loyal Nissan customer since 2005. Every 3 years I lease a new Nissan. I'm on my 6th and my LAST. I have the 2021 Rogue SV, had it for 1 year and 15,900 miles when I learned at my oil change that the tires are basically bald. Thru a few employees we learned some very useful info. 1. The service dept has been seeing ALOT of this problem, this is just Gates in Windham CT, imagine nationwide. I bought a sports car (Viper) Negotiations took 3 hours and a deal was made including deposit given and pick up date was the next day 1/31/17 I received a call the same day in the middle of the night the deal was off. I was upset because the time I wasted and 2 round trips an hour each time. I spoke with the main owner Mr G****, he is a very pleasant man and we spoke for almost an hour.
