Very good work – I have never commented before, but chose to after reading the not-so-great review posted previously. After reading a previous review, I am a little confused. Bruce was very friendly and professional during our interactions. He was on time and made some great recommendations with samples (colors) that we went with. They worked quickly and cleaned up well. DO NOT sign anything with them. Very nice until the the 3 day recision period expired, then Mr. Bruce Gates was a VERY different person! Very difficult to work with. – I had $44,000 in hail damage last fall. In order to get an insurance claim going Mr. Bruce Gates had me sign a contract allowing him to represent us in the insurance claim. Apparently there is a 3 day recision date on his contracts and if you decline his services at any time beyond said date he will go after you for 15% of your insurance claim.
