DO NOT sign anything with them. Very nice until the the 3 day recision period expired, then Mr. Bruce Gates was a VERY different person! Very difficult to work with. – I had $44,000 in hail damage last fall. In order to get an insurance claim going Mr. Bruce Gates had me sign a contract allowing him to represent us in the insurance claim. Apparently there is a 3 day recision date on his contracts and if you decline his services at any time beyond said date he will go after you for 15% of your insurance claim.
