I bought a car 3 yrs ago, pleasant experience, great follow-up. I started looking for a SUV in Nov. 2019, I had 0 down payment, with credit score I could not get approved for a loan. Pricing was problematic, I had $12k in equity in my trade, they wanted to keep that money. took MANY tries and several hours to get a deal that was semi-acceptable. The rebate $$ seem to have disappeared from the final deal after the fact. Said I wanted to see lease pricing, 'our lease system is down'. I now have 10 inquiries on my credit report thanks to these guys.
