Gates Door Company installed a Raynor garage door for us a year ago and it continues to function as an engineering marvel. I believe my satisfaction is the result of a well-designed product and, more importantly, the professional craftsmanship of Gates staff during installation. I also continue to be delighted by the quality of their customer service, such as their patiently educating me on how to periodically (and easily) maintain this valuable component of my home.
They installed doors and openers 18 years ago and when I had a recent problem with an opener they gave me advice for a quick fix instead of trying to sell service or a new opener. Highly recommend.
After attending the Home Show at the Binghamton University last year my husband and I stopped by... they came out, measured and installed a great garage door and opener. Now I walk in my garage and the light comes on automatically and the best, I can open and close with my cell phone, check to see if I may have forgotten to close AWESOME. Gill and the installers are all great!!!
Hats off to Gil and Gates Door company for outstanding service and quality doors. Gates installed my original doors when my hose was built 10 years ago and most recently i purchased a door for a new detached garage I'm having built. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the doors, the garage door openers, and above all the outstanding service by Gil and his team.
We love our new garage doors! Made our house look a 100x better!! Service was A + and they helped us pick out the right color and hardware. Our service went beyond great when we decided to paint our shutters to match and they gave us the exact color match via Sherman Williams! It looks like a brand new house! I am only disappointed we didn't do this sooner!!
After attending the home show last year at Binghamton University, I gave Gates Door a call. They came out and gave me a fair estimate, and did a wonderful job with the installation. Their employees are professional and do great work!
