Very friendly very good very good experience
Dee made this experience incredibly smooth. After arguing with insurance and another well-known glass company about using aftermarket parts, Dee helped to ensure OEM glass was installed on my brand new vehicle, and ensured it was delivered and installed within 1 day of me making the call to her. The work was performed to the highest standard and I will forever recommend Gates Brothers over that other company that we all know is less than spectacular.
Women who answers the phones of the Marysville locations is the rudest least professional person I’ve ever dealt with. She yells, acts like you’re dumb, and hung up on me on multiple occasions, as I was trying to reschedule because of work obligations that came up. I called to ask them to only put the glass on, and not do their expensive ADAS calibration, because their system is outdated. Rude front desk lady. Drove from columbus but rude staff and unhelpful lady working in front desk. Need friendly staff should work in front desk who can help not with attitude problem.Very disappointed.
Horrible customer service, I called to get a quote on a windshield repair or replacement depending on the damage. I was told the repair cost when I asked for the replacement cost I got a rude answer and then was asked where I was calling from. I was rudely told where the shop was and then she proceeded to hang up on me.
