I visited 2 other storage facilities prior to going to Gatekeeper in Youngsville. The other two had no staff on site and didn't even answer the phone! Gatekeeper has a very courteous person that made renting a unit at a stressful time simple and quick. Never lose that human contact. You've definitely won my business and my word of mouth advertising!
We began renting a unit a little over 1 yr ago, current tennant. The pricing is reasonable, customer service is amazing. The rental amount is the same as it was when we started, which nowadays its a huge plus when you're on a budget. Highly recommend!
Among the most inexpensive storage units in this area. I've searched up and down Wake Forest/Raleigh for the best deal and this was the cheapest I've seen. Staff seems very friendly and the units are very secure. I have three major problems with the way their business is run: 1) They have practically no online presence. I stumbled upon them by accident, gave them a call, and was notified their business was in Youngsville, not downtown Wake Forest. 2) Payment isn't "difficult" but it isn't easy either. I felt that this facility (downtown Youngsville) met all my needs for extra storage. I only needed it for 5 months to store seasonal items for my floral business. I NEVER had any troubles paying my bill each month as the paperwork clearly states how and when to pay. The place is clean and well priced, not to mention the convenient locations. Had a problem with the Rude lady in the office. Did not call when my credit card was hacked and auto pay did not go through. After missing one month payment was sending straight to auction. Did not call me at, and they have my phone number.
