I have been here almost 1 year. Love my apartment, love the staff, maintenance is very responsive when I 've needed them. I have sent several emails regarding the cleaning of the breezeway. The valet garbage guys pick up the garbage and when the bags drip they leave behind the mess. With the issue of the covid 19, I would appreciate for our living surroundings to be a little more clean. I had a bad infestation of ants which derived from this. I had to buy ant spray to cure this problem.

RecommendedThe staff is friendly. They made the moving process super easy. The neighborhood is quiet. The playground has options for larger and smaller children. My neighbors are friendly. Over all I'm loving it.

great quiet place to live. they just really need to fix the gate so people who doesn’t belong here cannot freely enter.
staff are friendly and attentive. the pools are great. lots of areas to walk the dogs

I've lived here for almost 2 years now, I love it! The office staff is amazing, attentive, and always willing to help however they can. Overall rating: AWESOME!

The management needs to hire more office staff. The few people that work there are so overworked and possibly underpaid that they do not respond to voicemails, emails, or text messages. The only good thing about the management of this complex is that the maintenance team is quick to respond and very professional. Maybe they should be working in the office?
