Their installation and their gate was great. However it’s all downhill from there because It’s a small family business the owner does all the repairs himself, and although he is a nice guy his wife answers the phones and she has NO customer service skills. It seems like he’s stretched thin. He can never get to your repairs in a timely manner. Our gate has been broken for a weeks before he gets to it. Gate World had installed the gate at the house we purchased. When we needed a new gate I called them. They installed a new gate in a timely fashion. I had 2 small things that needed attention after the install and they fixed them quickly.

I hired then back in January 2021, it took almost 3 months to complete the job. The job was finally finished in May, now we are in June the paint on the fence is fading and chipping. We scheduled several appointments with the owner of the company, but he kept missing the appointments. My husband and I keep texting them and calling them, but they are not responding to our messages. Really disappointed.
