I give them 5 stars just for the amount of help in customer service they give especially Alex he was very helpful through the process of purchasing my membership and til this day I still have it. The only thing I see they could do is get a spray bottles to help the cleaning process (glass cleaner / inside automotive cleaner) but doesn't change the rating though for sure
The car wash even the most expensive wash dos not get the back window. When I asked if they could pre spray on my way through they were rude and said we don’t do that. Won’t be back $35 is a lot for a car that is not completely clean.
My car got damaged with multiple scratches on right side during the car wash. talk to manager on duty Tiger and didn’t even allow me to take a picture of my report .. they said they don’t want to get in trouble. this is how they are trying to wash their hands . They took pics , they told me they will submit the claim and l'll be hearing back from the 3rd party. Beware and avoid this car wash! They are total “SCAM” . So even if your car it’s newer than 5 years, they still find a way how to rip you off and wash their hands.
Kind of pricey for just a drive thru cash wash and you have to dry your car yourself
