Terrible! Their equipment damaged my truck mirror even though it was folded in as recommended. Gate Express Carwash refuses to pay for the damage. My suggestion is to stay away from this carwash and do business with a more reputable company.
Lately it is not drying that well at all. Windows barely clean. So disappointed as it was not like this before. I pay monthly, you can do better. Not a complaint just an observation.
Got stuck in the middle of the car wash all covered in suds. They didn't offer an extra wash for setting there stuck for 10 - 15 minutes. That would have been something instead of nothing. And I always have t wonder, why are there usually always 2 or 3 people at the gates just hanging out. Is this what membership fee's pay for ??
