I’ve been a loyal customer of the Murabella GateExpress car wash for years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. During my wash, the side spinning brush suddenly slammed hard into my vehicle and damaged my passenger side view mirror. It wasn’t a minor tap either — the impact was strong enough to leave visible damage and immediately raised concerns about the safety of their equipment. Make sure you get in well before close (7pm). The vacuums turn off right around 7. The rep is spoke with today basically said tough luck. Frustrating, I'm not trying to stay until 8, but maybe give at least 15 minutes after 7 for people to vacuum.
They are good, good kids also working there, I don't go to often because im traveling, but im glad today that I was there everything was perfect for me to get my car a clean and go home
Please remove people standing by entrance KIOSK... They are not doing anything for your business... 99% of people can key in their own order. No other Gate Wash does this.
